MAKE CHOCOLATE FLOWERS FOR YOUR WEDDING

Use white chocolate to make flowers for your wedding reception decor. So easy and so pretty.

Use Candy Island's Flower Mold #508

Candy Island Flower Mold

Simply melt white chocolate, use candy food colors from Wilton or powdered fondust to get the colours you want.  (I used fondust to match the colors in the place mat.) Pour the chocolate into the molds.

Then refrigerate for 15 minutes or put in your freezer for 10 minutes. The chocolate will just pop out of the molds and you can use them in the next 2 weeks stored at room temperature or freeze them in air tight containers for up to 6 months. When you are ready to use them take them out of the freezer and let them come to room temperature before opening the container. ( That way no condensation will get on them. Water and chocolate do not mix.)

Use the pretty little flowers to decorate your reception table at your wedding or anniversary.
