HOW TO MAKE A STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM CONE CHOCOLATE SUCKER

How to make a Strawberry Ice Cream Cone Chocolate Sucker

 

1) Melt white chocolate and colour it pink with oil based food colouring.

2) With a small food safe paint brush paint the ice cream part of the mold pink. Candy Island Chocolate Mold #805 

3) Next melt more white chocolate and colour it a cone colour. (I used yellow, orange and a small amount of brown)

 

4) Spoon the cone coloured chocolate over the pink and into cone portion of the mold.

 

5) Melt 1 cup of mini marshmallows in a saucepan with 2 teaspoons of milk.

 

6) Add food colouring, and strawberry extract (optional) and stir 

7) Finely chop fresh strawberries into the mold then top with marshmallow mixture.

 

8) Spoon more cone coloured chocolate into the mold and place a sucker stick in the mold. Twirl the sucker stick to coat it with chocolate and make it more secure.

 

9 Refrigerate the ice cream sucker for 15 minute or put it in the freezer for 10 minutes.

 

10) Unmold your delicious strawberry ice cream cone sucker.
